Guestroom renovations were completed in June 2006. The Red Lion Hotel Bend is centrally located in the heart of Bend on Business 97. Lobby had a computer/Internet with a printer - very convenient!
The housekeeping staff didn't do a good job on our room. It took 3 requests to get clean linens, soap, and floor vacuumed.
I spoke to the general manager the 3rd time I requested clean linens, floor vacuumed and soap. It finally got done and he apologized and gave us a good basket. Good location.

The pool and hot tub were outdoors.
